Roma winger Diego Perotti believes that Daniele De Rossi would have “no problem adapting” to Boca Juniors if he were to join them.
The World Cup winner recently bid farewell to the Giallorossi after 17 years and is now weighing up his options, with a move to the MLS or Argentina on offer.
The 35-year could link up with his former teammate Nicolas Burdisso, who is the sporting director of Argentine Primera Division side Boca Juniors after he ruled out playing for another Italian club.

“We’ll miss De Rossi, he is a leader and he brings a lot to the team,” Perotti told the Uruguayan radio show Oral de Deportivo.
“He’ll be a great loss to us. I don’t know what happened between him and the club, but if he were to join Boca, he would have no problem adapting.
“He is the typical player that would be loved there, and would be physically good there, he can play on any team.
“I’m lucky I got to play with him and Francesco Totti, football was very generous with me.”
The 30-year-old missed a good portion of the season through various injuries and he explained that he sees himself staying with the capital club for the foreseeable future.
“On vacation, I work with a personal trainer. I still have a two-year contract with Roma, and I haven’t talked about a renewal yet. We’ll see, but I want to respect my contract with the club. I’m good in Rome, in the club, and in the city."
