Genoa will let Roma sign Diego Perotti only after they’ve secured Antonio Floro Flores from Sassuolo.
It is well know that the Giallorossi want Perotti in the squad and they can add him to Stephan El Shaarawy once Gervinho completes his transfer to China.
SportItalia and Sky Sport Italia suggest Perotti will only be released to Roma after Genoa have found a suitable replacement.
That man is Floro Flores, currently on the Sassuolo bench, and SportItalia claim a deal for €1.5m is close to completion.

Floro Flores turns 33 at the end of the season, but it would be a return to Genoa, where he played in 2011 and again in 2013-14.
Genoa sold him to Sassuolo for €2.5m in July 2014.
