“The last two months have been nervy. Ever since I heard that Inter wanted me, I’ve been very happy and proud. I did everything to come here, and we’ve succeeded in the last few days.“Now I have to concentrate on football and Inter, I hope it’s a good year for us.
The Beneamata have won both their opening matches, and Perisic discussed last night’s 2-1 win over Carpi.
“The lads fought until the last minute and won. The three points were the most important thing, and we could have asked for a better start.”
