It would’ve been 18, but the Croatians were docked one point for persistent crowd trouble.

In the final round of qualifying on Tuesday, Italy host Norway in Rome and Croatia visit Malta.

Elsewhere, Wales secured their first qualification for a major tournament in 65 years, as a 2-0 defeat to Bosnia-Herzegovina proved irrelevant thanks to Israel’s shock 2-1 loss at home to Cyprus.

Edin Dzeko was rested due to injury, but Cesena striker Milan Djuric was a surprise hero with a goal and an assist.

Belgium also qualified for Euro 2016 after a 4-1 victory in Andorra with Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan on target with a screamer.
