Genoa will have Mattia Perin available in 2020-21, having reached an agreement with Juventus to keep the player on loan at the Marassi.

The Old Lady have, according to Calciomercato.com, sent Perin back to Genoa, where he spent the second half of 2019-20 on loan.

The 27-year-old, capped twice by Italy, moved to Turin in July 2018 but never managed to secure a place in the starting line-up at the Allianz Stadium.

The goalkeeper returned to Genoa in January and will stay on for 2020-21. Perin, who has a contract at Juventus until June 2022, is expected to undergo the required medical tests on Wednesday.

New coach Rolando Maran will have the player available directly after the examinations in two days.
