Mattia Perin, Goran Pandev and Cristian Zapata are out of the Genoa squad to face Juventus in the Coppa Italia, but Gianluca Scamacca could play.
The Round of 16 tie kicks off in Turin on Wednesday at 19.45 GMT.
Zapata is still out injured, but Pandev and Juventus-owned goalkeeper Perin are simply not included in Davide Ballardini’s squad.
Luca Pellegrini is also left out, as he is expected to leave Genoa in the January transfer window, but Marko Pjaca can face his parent club.
