Cagliari left-back Luca Pellegrini has pulled out of Italy’s Under-21 squad with a minor ankle problem.
Pellegrini suffered the setback during training on Tuesday, but Gazzetta dello Sport assures his exit from the U21 camp is only precautionary.
Nonetheless, it is enough to see him eject from the squad and taking his place is Sassuolo’s Alessandro Tripaldelli.
