Roma will be without Lorenzo Pellegrini for two months after the midfielder underwent foot surgery.
Pellegrini fractured the fifth metatarsal in his right foot during Roma’s 1-0 win at Lecce on Sunday.
The Giallorossi confirmed this morning that he had a “corrective procedure”, which went successfully.
However, the 23-year-old is not expected back until the end of next month or the start of December.

He will consequently miss the upcoming international break with Italy, as well as Serie A clashes with the likes of Napoli, Milan and possibly Inter.
