New Fiorentina signing Pedro has arrived and insists he is “ready to play” after recovering from injury at Fluminense.
The striker was a deadline day transfer, but had to fly back to Brazil to complete some red tape issues before returning to Italy last night.
He was greeted at the airport by reporters and assured them he was raring to go following a thigh issue that kept him out of the last three Fluminense games.
“I am very happy to be here,” said the 22-year-old striker.
“I’m ready to play.”
