Injury problems are piling up for Lazio ahead of their clash with Juventus, as Pedro limped off during training today and Ciro Immobile remains in doubt.

The game is at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday and sees Maurizio Sarri face his former club for the first time.

Immobile was forced to pull out of international duty with Italy due to a bruised calf and remains in doubt to feature, although he has been stepping up his efforts in training.

The new problem is Pedro, as this morning the Spanish veteran limped off during the game between ranks after a collision with Stefan Radu.

According to Calciomercato.com, there are concerns Pedro has sprained his right ankle.

Adam Marusic is still suffering from COVID-19, while Manuel Lazzari only returned to training for Lazio today.

If Pedro and Immobile can’t make it, then Sarri will have very few options to play upfront, with Vedat Muriqi and Mattia Zaccagni coming in.
