Former Milan attacker Alexandre Pato has been linked with a return to Serie A, as Genoa, Spezia and Monza are interested in the Brazilian free agent.
Pato has been without a club since he left Sao Paulo in August 2020 and La Gazzetta dello Sport reveals he has decided against signing a deal in Brazil in order to return to Italy this season.
The report reveals Genoa have considered the 31-year-old and he has not been taken off Enrico Preziosi’s wish list, whilst Vincenzo Italiano’s Spezia could also offer him an opportunity in the top flight.
