However, Corriere della Sport reports that Marco Parolo will be given the nod in central midfield ahead of Alessandro Florenzi.

Parolo is a more defensive-minded player, and will shield the defence alongside Emmanuele Giaccherini and Thiago Motta.

Ciro Immobile and Graziano Pellè should start up-front, with Stephan El Shaarawy and Antonio Candreva in the wing-back roles.

Probable line-ups:

Italy: Buffon; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Candreva, Parolo, Thiago Motta, Giaccherini, El Shaarawy; Immobile, Pellè

Finland: Hradecky; Arkivuo, Arajuuri, Toivio, Halsti, Uronen; Ring, Sparv, Hetemaj; Eremenko, Pohjanpaolo
