President Tomasso Ghirardi has since decided to sell the team as a result, but not before taking the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
And Tuttosport have revealed that the Ennio Tardini outfit filed their complaint to CAS on June 30, and are likely to hear the verdict within the next few weeks.
Torino are set to take Parma’s place, and will take part in the second qualifying round on July 17. As such, CAS have two weeks to investigate the case and come to a decision.
