Multiple reports state that Parma will hire Javier Ribalta as their new technical director after he left Zenit St Petersburg.
The Catalan director officially quit Zenit today and numerous sources in Italy, including TMW and Sportitalia, maintain he is heading to the Stadio Tardini.
It’s hardly his first experience in Italy, as Ribalta also worked as a chief talent scout at Novara – where he famously discovered Bruno Fernandes – Juventus and Manchester United.
Ribalta was also a scout for Torino and Milan before that.

He opted to make the step up and become director of sport at Zenit St Petersburg in 2018.
