President Tommaso Ghirardi announced he had sold the club to a group of investors led by Doca, but the supposed new President has continually denied the deal is complete.
Sky Sport Italia now claim that the investors are not happy and will look for a different man to put in place of Doca.
A Press conference has been called for Friday at 18.00 GMT, but as things stand it’s not clear who will attend or what they will be announcing to the media.
“The agreement has been concluded and the contract deposited with lawyers in Brescia,” Ghirardi told Sport Mediaset.
“Now I think it is only a problem for Doca and he will have to resolve it, but I received assurances from the shareholders.”
