Parma have confirmed their new President and CEO is 29-year-old Albanian Ermir Kodra.

Pietro Leonardi will remain within the board as director general and joint-CEO of Parma FC.

Kodra is also named President and CEO of Eventi Sportivi Spa, the controlling company that bought out Parma last month.

A statement released by the club notes Kodra is married, has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Tirana, then specialised in Financial Analysis & Forecasting, Management issues, Oil Supply, Shipping & Trading, Managing Operational Risk.

He worked for the BKT Bank in Tirana and was also Director of Marketing at the ARMO Refinery, UPN Fier Branch.

Kodra has already been at the club’s Collecchio training ground for several days and was in the stands for both their Coppa Italia match against Cagliari and Serie A encounter with Sampdoria.
