Reports in Argentina claim that Lanus striker Thomas de Martis is on the verge of a move to Parma, on loan with an option to buy or even extend the temporary stay.
The teenage sensation just celebrated his 18th birthday in June and was a regular for Argentina at Under-17 level, where he scored nine times in just 15 caps, now stepping up to the Under-20 squad.
A product of the Lanus youth academy who climbed up to senior level in January 2026, he has one goal in eight appearances this season.
De Martis a smart investment for Parma
According to Tribuna, Cesar Luis Merlo and Gianluca Di Marzio, Parma are down to the details for the centre-forward.
It should be a loan with option to buy at the end of the season, but notably also gives the Serie A team the opportunity to extend the loan by another campaign.
This comes after the Ducali already secured El Bilal Touré from Atalanta on loan with obligation to buy if certain conditions are met.
They are also in the process of selling Mateo Pellegrino to Fiorentina for a total fee of around €20m.
