PSG midfielder Leandro Paredes is reportedly undergoing his Juventus medical in France today and could be in the stands for tonight’s Serie A game against Spezia.

The deal was finally struck between the clubs last night for a loan at circa €5m with an option to buy for a further €15m that could become an obligation under certain circumstances.

The final details are being whittled down on the format and schedule of payment, but Sky Sport Italia claim that Paredes is already undergoing his medical tests in Paris.

Once he has completed those, he will fly to Turin to sign the contract.

According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the Argentina international is hoping to be in the stands to watch his new teammates take on Spezia at the Allianz Juventus Stadium this evening.

This represents a return to Italy for Paredes, who already played for Chievo, Empoli and Roma before moving to Zenit St. Petersburg in the summer of 2017.
