“I’ll meet Giampaolo personally once I’m back from my holiday. Right now, I just want to rest because I come from a very intense season. After that, I’ll be focused on solely Milan.”

Giampaolo is known for his use of a 4-3-1-2 formation, so could the 21-year-old be the ‘one’?

“I know how Giampaolo likes to play. I followed his work at Sampdoria and I was really happy with his arrival at Milan.

“I hope I can help the Rossoneri and also do my bit in his formation, which is also good for me.”
