Daniele Paponi has left Bologna in a bid to win a contract with MLS side Montreal Impact.

The striker joined Bologna in 2010 from Parma after loan spells at Rimini and Perugia.
Paponi has made just three substitute appearances in Serie A this season for a total of 56 minutes. He has scored only three goals in 24 matches at the Dall’Ara.
