Goran Pandev says he is glad to have repaid the faith Inter showed in him after last night's match-winning goal against Bayern Munich.
The Macedonia international made it 3-2 at the Allianz Arena in a thrilling game and booked Inter's place in the Champions League Quarter-Finals.
Asked to describe what he felt, Pandev said: "The air of confidence that I have always felt: Leonardo and the lads have all given me a big hand, even when I went through a tough time.

Asked to describe what he felt, Pandev said: "The air of confidence that I have always felt: Leonardo and the lads have all given me a big hand, even when I went through a tough time.
"I am not someone who scores 20 or 30 goals: Scoring is important for a striker, but I play in many different positions. I like to work for the team like this evening.
"I have played better games, but this is my most important goal. My teammates were also making fun of me – I had missed so many – but not tonight, tonight they said: 'You score the decisive goal and we'll win'. And I almost didn't believe it, even if I have always believe in myself."
