“If Napoli do sign him, he’ll be an absolute bargain, because Elmas is among the best young players in circulation in Europe,” Pandev told Sky Sport Italia.
“I have spoken to him and he didn’t say anything in particular, but would be happy to play in Italy. Elmas is a valuable addition because he can play in any midfield role, has an eye for goal and can even be a trequartista behind the strikers.
“I believe Napoli would be the ideal club for him.”
