Roma President Jim Pallotta called the lack of VAR intervention in the 2-2 draw with Inter “a joke. It’s a disgrace.”

Nicolò Zaniolo was tripped by Danilo D’Ambrosio just inside the penalty area, but the VAR officials didn’t alert Gianluca Rocchi to view it again.

Just 30 seconds later, Inter scored the opening goal with Keita Balde Diao.

“The first half was a joke. It’s a disgrace,” the patron told Pagine Romaniste.
