Pallotta: ‘No new partners’

Chinese businessmen spotted at the Stadio Olimpico were ‘just visiting friends, not new partners,’ insists Roma President James Pallotta.

Gazzetta dello Sport reports today that a group of three Chinese businessmen, who seemed to be involved in the airline sector, were seen in the stands during Monday’s draw with Bologna.

The newspaper also reveals that these men were given a guided tour of the Giallorossi’s Trigoria training ground by the club’s marketing manager.

However, when the newspaper asked Pallotta about whether they were potential new investors in the capital club, he denied the suggestion.

“There are no new partners, they’re just visiting friends,” Pallotta said to Gazzetta.
