Former Roma President James Pallotta reiterated his stance against the European Super League and claimed it’s ‘bad for football’.
Pallotta had to deal with the Financial Fair Play for eight years with the Giallorossi, respecting the terms and selling players to stay within the rules imposed by the UEFA.
And this makes the American tycoon furious about the news of the breakaway competition, as Juventus, Inter and Milan have announced they are joining the European Super League.

It’s an independent competition of 12 teams that will not have to respect financial limits but aim for record revenues.
Pallotta has always been against the Super League and this morning he wrote on social media: “If you read or listen to what I have said over the years about the Super League, you would know that I think it’s bad for football."
