Raffaele Palladino has been linked with numerous clubs including Fiorentina, Torino and Napoli, so leaves his future up in the air. ‘I will enjoy these final six games and then talk to Monza.’

The coach was promoted from the youth job to the senior Monza bench by President Silvio Berlusconi in September 2022 and has gone from strength to strength.

With his team comfortably mid-table following a 0-0 draw away to Bologna, Palladino was questioned on plans for his future.

“I am very fond of Monza, so I will enjoy the final six games of the season and then talk to Adriano Galliani so we can work out the best solution for everyone,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

Palladino turns 40 next week and his contract only runs to June 30, so he would be a free agent at the end of the season and able to choose a new club.

He has no shortage of interest, as there have been reports linking him with the jobs at Fiorentina, Torino and Napoli, all of whom are expected to change over the summer.

There had also been some rumours of Juventus looking towards Palladino, as he was there as a player during his career, but they seem to be focused on Bologna boss Thiago Motta.
