Gabriel Paletta and Alex could leave Milan before the end of the transfer window, reports say.

Corriere dello Sport writes that Rossoneri Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has chosen Alessio Romagnoli and Rodrigo Ely as his favoured defensive partnership.

This will reportedly mean that one or both of the more experienced centre-backs could be sacrificed as Milan look to trim their squad.

The paper believes that Paletta is the more likely to exit San Siro, with Bologna and Atalanta reportedly interested in the 29-year-old.
