Palermo have officially signed goalkeeper Simone Colombi on loan with option to buy, sending Davide Di Gennaro to Cagliari.
The 24-year-old shot-stopper comes from the Atalanta youth academy, but has had numerous loan spells at the likes of Juve Stabia, Modena, Padova and Carpi.
He was sold to Cagliari for €1.5m in July 2014 and last season made three Serie A appearances.
Palermo have taken Colombi on loan with option to buy and he’ll join pre-season training tomorrow.
