Speaking to Radio Radio, the Stadio Barbera official added that he expects the player's future to be resolved in the next two weeks.
"I heard from another great club on Monday, a European one and not an Italian side," Zamparini noted.
"They are an important European outfit. I spoke to their sporting director and I told them to talk to the player's agent.
"The person with whom I talked to asked me to lower Pastore's price from €50m to €45m. I'm only accepting cash though and no player exchanges."
The Argentine will be sold by the Rosanero and it looks likely that he will be leaving Serie A despite rumoured interest from Inter, Milan and Roma.
"Roma need to hurry up if they want him as I think the situation will be resolved in the next 10 days," Zamparini continued.
"I've not heard from anyone at Roma though, even if it would be nice if Pastore did continue to play his football in Italy."
Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City and Malaga have all been associated with the South American midfielder.
