Palermo chief Maurizio Zamparini insists that boss Giuseppe Sannino is safe – but advised him to play new boy Paulo Dybala.

The Rosanero have yet to register a point in the championship so far this term, yet the axe-happy President seems ready to give the new tactician time.

“Sannino is not at risk,” Zamparini underlined. “The two defeats can be attributed to the fixture list as we have played two strong teams in Napoli and Lazio” data-scaytid=”12″>Lazio.

“At the minute we are ‘worthy’ of Serie B, but the Coach will be able to resolve a few things by working hard.”

The Stadio Barbera outfit have been criticised for their market moves, but Zamparini has defended his work.

“We haven’t thrown money away,” he added. “We’ve invested in youngsters with undoubted talent.

“Dybala, for example, reminds me of Edinson Cavani and I hope that the Coach is able to use him heavily by finding the right position for him.”

The Argentine, just 18, has moved to the club from Instito de Cordoba.
