Zdenek Zeman's side lost to the Bianconeri last weekend, with Press reports indicating that the Italy international had a physical altercation with the young Argentine.
“Enough of this story I had a fight with Lamela,” he said on his official Twitter page. “It is not true!”
The 26-year-old goalscorer has had previous with his Giallorossi teammate, having been banned by the club and fined €50,000 last year for hitting the former River Plate attacker after their 2-0 loss to Udinese.
