If Osimhen is not given the all-clear, then Giovanni Simeone is more likely to step in than Giacomo Raspadori.

There is the very awkward situation to consider regarding Piotr Zielinski, who has refused to sign a new contract with Napoli and it is already well known he will join Inter as a free agent over the summer.
The Poland international was dropped from the Champions League squad as a result and it would be very surprising to see him start against his future club.
