Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s agent has said Victor Osimhen will join a Saudi Pro League team next summer and that his client is ‘different’ and the Nigeria international has now replied with a harsh Instagram post: ‘You are a piece of filth and a disgrace.’
Osimhen has replied to Kvaratskhelia’s representative Mamuka Jugeli, who claimed Tuesday that the Nigeria international would join a Saudi Pro League next summer.
Jugeli added that his client was ‘different’ as he would rather play for a top European club like Real Madrid or Manchester City.
“Dear Mamuka Jugeli, you are a piece of filth and a disgrace. I’m embarrassed at your sense of reasoning. Dumbf***. Keep my name out of your mouth,” wrote the Nigeria international in an Instagram story.
Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia greatly contributed to Napoli‘s first Serie A title in 33 years in 2022-23. The Nigerian striker was the best league scorer last term, while Kvara was named the best Serie A player for 2022-23.
Osimhen is currently on AFCON international duty with Nigeria’s national team. He has recently signed a contract extension until June 2026 and his new deal reportedly includes a release clause in the region of €130m.
The 25-year-old striker has been linked with summer moves to Arsenal and Chelsea and is believed to have snubbed a move to Saudi Arabia last summer.
He has scored eight goals in 18 appearances with Napoli across all competitions so far this season.
