A very strange situation is developing in Nigeria, where Victor Osimhen’s brother-in-law accused the striker of sending authorities to ‘abduct’ his own sister over a court case from the transfer to Napoli.
Osita Okolo is married to Osimhen’s sister and is part of the entourage that was negotiating the move from Lille to Napoli in 2020.
However, the rapport between the men became increasingly tense when Okolo claimed that Osimhen and agent William D’Avila still owed him over $400,000 of commission from that move.
According to Calcio Napoli 24, the situation deteriorated this week when the DSS authorities came to arrest Osimhen’s sister.
Okolo himself published a video on Twitter claiming to show them dragging his wife away, writing that “Victor Osimhen sends dssng to forcefully abduct his sister (my wife) over a matter that is still in court bw myself and him.”
It has been an eventful spell back in Nigeria for the Napoli striker, who limped off injured yesterday during a 2-2 friendly draw against Saudi Arabia.
