Sky Sport Italia claims Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Italiano is currently meeting director Joe Barone to decide his future at the club.
Italiano is among Napoli‘s targets to replace Luciano Spalletti in 2023-24.
According to Sky transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the Italian tactician is meeting with Barone and the summit will likely determine the coach’s future at the Stadio Franchi.
Fiorentina reached the Coppa Italia and Conference League Final this season but lost both against Inter and West Ham respectively.
Italiano is under contract at the Stadio Franchi until June 2024, but the club have an option to extend for a further season.
