Roma goalkeeper Robin Olsen is discussing a transfer to Montpellier, just a year after his €9m move from FC Copenhagen.
The Sweden international was deeply disappointing in his debut Serie A season and was dropped in favour of Antonio Mirante during the final months.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma want to at least not lose money on the deal and hope to send him to Montpellier on loan with obligation to buy, which would be activated after a certain number of appearances.

However, the Ligue 1 side would prefer the loan to be accompanied only by an option to buy without obligation.
There are also issues over his salary, as Montpellier are not offering the full €2m wage, but it could be bridged with performance-related bonuses.
