The Rossoblu are already without their usual No 1 Alessio Cragno, who is nursing a long-term injury.
Elsewhere, one-match bans have been dished out to Olsen’s teammate Fabrizio Cacciatore, Udinese midfielder Mato Jajalo, SPAL’s Simone Missiroli, Atalanta defender Rafael Toloi and Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo.
Milan have been fined €10,000, Atalanta €4,000, Bologna €3,000 and Roma €2,000 for fan trouble.
The Rossoneri, in particular, have been punished for discriminatory chants against Napoli.
