It's reported Okaka is of interest to Bundesliga side Hamburg, further expanding his international experience at the tender age of 21.
Hamburg would be willing to buy the striker outright for around €4.5m, but Roma might prefer a loan with option to buy.
Okaka has also been linked with Italian sides Palermo and Genoa.
