Denis Zakaria has officially joined Juventus on a permanent transfer from Borussia Monchengladbach.
The 25-year-old Swiss midfielder is a much needed midfield reinforcement for coach Massimiliano Allegri, who is fighting to get back in the top four with the Bianconeri this season after a difficult start.
As announced by Juventus, Zakaria has joined the Bianconeri on a permanent transfer from Borussia Monchengladbach. The deal is worth €7m in total, €3.5m being fixed and €3.5m being add-ons, with the Swiss midfielder earning €3m net per season. His contract will last until 2026 and he will wear the number 28 shirt.
The 25-year-old Zakaria’s contract was due to expire with the Bundesliga outfit at the end of this season, but the Bianconeri were keen to beat out the competition for the player and so moved in for him now.
The Swiss midfielder has made 18 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1528 minutes. In that time, he has scored one goal, provided one assist and impressed defensively.

Great introduction video. Good work by the media team. Now i hope he is as electric as the video presentation.
Excellent signing, especially for that kind of money.
