Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport both claim Saviola has agreed a one-year contract with Verona.
He scored 12 goals in 25 Super League games last season, plus two in five Champions League fixtures.
He’s not the only veteran in their ranks, as 37-year-old Luca Toni and 35-year-old Mexico legend Rafael Marquez are also in the side.
