As expected, Udinese have given Argentina international Nahuel Molina a new contract to June 2026.

The right-back arrived from Boca Juniors on a free transfer in September 2020 and made 29 appearances in his debut Serie A season, contributing two goals and seven assists.

He played in almost all Argentina’s games in the Copa America this summer, on their way to beating Brazil in the Final.

Udinese announced 23-year-old Molina has now extended his contract to June 2026, reportedly with a strong wage increase to fend off potential suitors.

Meanwhile, Udinese also confirmed that Rodrigo De Paul’s Number 10 jersey has been inherited by Gerard Deulofeu for this season.
