Torino have confirmed that full-back Danilo Avelar has left to join Corinthians on an intial loan deal.

The 29-year-old is not part of the Granata’s plans moving forward and spent last season on loan at Ligue 1 club Amiens.

He made 25 appearances for the French club, scoring once, but he returned to his parent club at the end of the campaign.

Now, he has moved back to his homeland of Brazil, where Corinthians will have the option to sign him on a permanent basis next summer.
