Soualiho Meite has completed his transfer from Torino to Benfica for circa €7m.
The midfielder spent part of last season on loan at Milan, but the Rossoneri did not take up their option to buy.
Instead, the 27-year-old has joined Benfica in a deal believed to be worth €7m.
The Franco-Ivorian has signed a contract to June 2026 with the Portuguese giants.
Meite’s previous clubs include Auxerre, LOSC, Zulte Waregem, Monaco and Girondins de Bordeaux.
