Empoli have announced a triple deal for full-backs Kevin Diks and Marko Pajac plus winger Diego Farias, while defender Jacob Rasmussen will join Fiorentina.
Empoli announced on Thursday afternoon that they had secured Diks on an 18-month loan and brought in Farias [pictured] and Pajac from Cagliari until the end of the season with options to buy.
Diks, a 22-year-old former Netherlands Under-21 international, has played just twice for Fiorentina since arriving from Vitesse Arnhem in 2016.

Farias has scored three goals for Cagliari this season but started just seven times in Serie A, while the Sardinians have signed fellow attacker Kiril Despodov and are on the verge of bringing in Cyril Thereau.
His Cagliari teammate Pajac also arrives in Tuscany after just three League appearances all season.
Rasmussen, for his part, is a 21-year-old Dane who joined Empoli from Rosenborg last summer for just €1m, and he will join Fiorentina at the end of the campaign.
It comes after the Viola agreed a similar deal for Rasmussen’s teammate Hamed Traore.
