As expected, Suso has officially completed his transfer to Milan six months early from Liverpool.
The winger had already agreed terms to arrive as a free agent over the summer, but the two clubs agreed a nominal fee to make the move go through immediately.
“Liverpool FC can confirm that midfielder Suso has today completed a permanent transfer to Italian side AC Milan,” read a statement from the Premier League club.
“The 21-year-old Spaniard departs Anfield for Serie A four-and-a-half years after joining the Reds from Cadiz CF.

“The 21-year-old Spaniard departs Anfield for Serie A four-and-a-half years after joining the Reds from Cadiz CF.
“Having debuted for the club in a September 2012 Europa League tie, Suso made a total of 21 appearances.
“His first and only goal was scored earlier this season when he struck beyond Middlesbrough in front of the Kop.
“Everybody at Liverpool thanks Suso for his contribution and wishes him all the best for the future.”
Milan also released a statement confirming Suso had signed a contract until June 30 2019.
Suso took to Twitter in order to comment on the move: “Very happy to become a Milan player.Really happy to play for a very important club. Starting a new history there.”
