Spezia have officially signed 19-year-old FC Toulouse talent Janis Antiste, who is ‘thrilled to test myself in Serie A, one of the most difficult and important leagues in the world.’
The centre-forward made his Ligue 1 debut at just 17 and came up through the youth academy of his hometown club.
It is reported the transfer is worth €4.5m and he signed a contract with Thiago Motta’s Spezia that runs to June 2026.
“I am motivated and thrilled by the opportunity to test myself in Serie A, one of the most difficult and important leagues in the world,” Antiste told the official Spezia website.
“I thank Toulouse for allowing me to be here today and I thank my new club for the trust they have placed in me: I can’t wait to repay it on the field.”
Antiste will wear the Number 22 jersey at the Stadio Picco.
