SPAL have officially signed Brazilian defender Igor from Red Bull Salzburg on a four-year contract.
A statement on SPAL’s official website adds there is the option of a fifth year in Igor’s contract.
The Ferrera side have paid a reported 3m for the €21-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Salzburg’s rivals Austria Vienna.
He replaces Italy Under-21 international Kevin Bonifazi, who recently returned to Torino.
