Official: Serie A 2020-21 starts on September 19, ending on May 23, 2021.
Serie A has decided to recover the games from the initial calendar set to start on September 12 will on January 3 next year.
“The Lega Council met today at 19.00 (local time) and unanimously resolved that Serie A TIM 2020-21 will start on the weekend of September 19,” read the statement from Lega Serie A.
“The decision confirms the preference already expressed in the afternoon by the majority of the clubs in a meeting dedicated to this topic.”
