Brighton and Hove Albion have completed the signing of right-back Ezequiel Schelotto from Sporting CP on a three-year contract.
The deal was confirmed in a statement on Brighton's official website, with Transfermarkt reporting the fee paid was €2.9m.
Schelotto was born in Argentina but represents Italy at international level and began his professional career with Cesena in 2008.
He then played for the likes of Atalanta and Catania, picking up his one and only cap for the Azzurri in that time, before joining Inter in January 2013.
