Diego Perotti has officially joined Salernitana, signing a contract until the end of the season.
The Argentinean winger was available as a free agent after his contract with Fenerbache expired last summer.
“Salernitana announce to have reached an agreement with the striker Diego Perotti. He has signed a contract until June 30, 2022, and will wear the No.88,” the club statement read.
Perotti returns to Serie A after his spells at Genoa and Roma.
He scored five goals in 45 appearances with Il Grifone and 32 in 138 appearances with the Giallorossi.
He left the Stadio Olimpico in 2020, joining Fenerbache, where he scored three goals in four matches.

Salernitana is nuts! They have like 37 players in their squad with this one. No idea how they’re gonna use all of them.
